Gretchen Antonelli came to Flynn as the Director of Product and Strategy in August of 2022 after being in the Financial Services Industry for 9 years. In 2025, she was promoted to the Chief Strategy Officer for the company and works closely supporting our team, agents, and business partners. At Flynn, she wears many hats and oversees our Human Resources Department, Employee Benefits, Marketing, and Business Development. Gretchen has served on numerous boards and committees and is an active member of her community, working as a Board of Directors member for the Wachusett Area Chamber of Commerce and volunteering for organizations such as Why Me Sherry’s House and the Juniper Outreach Foundation. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob, and their children, Abby and Aidan, supporting their athletics and enjoying her friends and family.
