Paula has worked in the real estate industry for more than 35 years, beginning her career in the mortgage department of a bank before transitioning to a paralegal role. Throughout her career, she has served clients across the Greater Springfield area, gaining extensive experience in all aspects of residential real estate transactions. Although real estate laws have evolved significantly over the years, Paula's passion for helping first-time homebuyers and clients move into their dream homes has remained constant. She is excited to continue her career with Flynn Law, where she supports the firm's real estate practice through a variety of post-closing and administrative responsibilities. Her duties include remote banking, electronically filing and recording documents with various Massachusetts Registries of Deeds, preparing title insurance policies, coordinating and processing lender packages, scanning and uploading documents, and resolving post-closing matters to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
